Founder, PremierPSW Healthcare Services
Efrem Habteselassie is the founder of PremierPSW Healthcare Services and Principal and Founder of ACIS Consulting Inc. A former senior executive at Royal Bank of Canada, Efrem brings more than 25 years of experience in technology strategy, business transformation, enterprise solution architecture, and the delivery of large-scale mission-critical initiatives.
Director of Operations, PremierPSW Healthcare Services
Delina Efrem supports PremierPSW's digital marketing, operational management, PSW onboarding, and training development activities. She works with advanced AI tools to create digital advertising content, support social media campaigns, and develop educational materials that help new Personal Support Workers understand PremierPSW's standards, service model, and commitment to quality care.
Advisory Team Member
Wendy Gilmour brings extensive senior leadership experience across Canada's healthcare system, with a strong focus on seniors living and long-term care. She has served as Senior Vice President, Long Term Care at both Extendicare Inc. and Revera Inc., leading large multidisciplinary teams supporting thousands of residents across Canada.
Advisory Team Member
John Gilmour brings more than three decades of experience as an entrepreneur, operator, executive leader, and consultant in North American healthcare. Since 1990, he has founded, grown, and sold healthcare operating businesses in diagnostic imaging, laboratory medicine, and healthcare logistics.

Helen Huh brings extensive leadership experience in pharmacy services, long-term care, and seniors' health. She joined Medisystem Pharmacy Limited in 1997 as a consultant pharmacist and later served as Vice President of Operations and President, helping grow the organization into a national long-term care pharmacy serving seniors in nursing and retirement homes across Canada.
Advisory Team Member
Heather Harvey brings extensive experience in health, safety, occupational health, human resources, and organizational governance. She held global responsibility for Health, Safety and Environment at The Woodbridge Group, a private automotive-sector company with more than 60 plants in over 20 countries, and also held responsibility for Human Resources for seven years.
